| 摘 要： | 依据环境工程学原理，选择对中国环境监测总站的大气污染治理数据进行回归，建立我国烟尘和SO2等大气污染物的厂级治理费用函数和边际处理费用函数。污染物厂级治理费用函数和边际处理费用函数是对企业进行环境行为分析的最基本信息，为制定经济有效的工业污染控制政策提供科学依据。

| Abstract: | Based on the theory of environment engineering, the pollution abatement cost function and marginal treatment cost function of air pollutants at plant level in China, such as smoke and SO2, are established by using the data of air pollution control system from National Environmental Monitoring Center. These functions can provide essential information for analyzing the environmental behaviors of enterprises, and scientific evidences for establishing economic and effective policy on industrial pollution control. |
