旋转自洁式空气滤清器内部气固两相流场的计算与分析

摘    要:应用数值计算和性能试验的方法研究旋转自洁式空气滤清器的气固两相流场及滤清性能,采用SIMPLEC方法计算了滤清器叶轮流道中的气相三维紊流流场.采用Lagrange分析方法推导了颗粒的运动控制方程,在计算气相三维流场的基础上,计算了固体颗粒的运动轨迹,预测不同条件下的滤清效率,实验测试了不同几何参数滤清器的滤清效率,分析了不同结构参数对滤清效率的影响.计算与测试结果吻合良好。

Abstract:Gas-solid two-phase flow and filtration efficiency of rotating and self-cleaning air filter are studied through numerical calculation and performance tests. SIMPLEC algorithm is applied to simulate three-dimensional turbulence of gas phase in the impeller passage. Particle trajectory calculation and filtration efficiency analysis are conducted based on turbulent gas three-dimensional flow-field simulation. In different conditions, the filtration efficiency and the effects of parameters on filtration efficiency are predicted. Calculations accord well with the experimental results. The paper provides some foundations on the research and development of high-efficiency air filters.
