| 摘 要： | 讨论了IMT2000中的越区切换问题,在考虑多业务和多种资源后,提出一种资源借用方案,在建立系统模型的基础上分析了该方案越区切换的性能指标,并用计算机模拟比较了采用和不采用资源借用方案两种情况下的性能.

| Abstract: | In this paper,the handoff problem in the 3G systems is analyzed.Considering multiservice and various resources a Resource Loanable Algorithm is proposed.On the basis of the model we developed,some theoretical performance characteristics,such as blocking probability,handoff failure probability,forced termination probability and carried traffic,are obtained.The simulation concludes that the new algorithm can efficiently reduce the handoff failure probability. |
