摘    要:降低涡流损失和内循环量对提高磁力驱动离心泵的效率具有重要的意义.在分析磁力驱动离心泵冷却循环回路的基础上,探讨了内循环量与轴承润滑冷却量、隔离套冷却量的相互关系,提出了一套循环量与孔径的优化设计方案,并通过实例进行了验证.

Abstract:To decrease the vortex loss and inner cycle capacity is significant to the enhancement of the efficiency of magnetic drive pump.Based on the analysis of the cool cycle ciruit of magnetic drive pump,the relations between inner cycle capacity,coolant of bearing lubrication and coolant of containment shell are discussed.A set of optimal designs on cycle capacity and bore diameter is put forward with examples which are proved by experiments.
