| Abstract: | The big warp was sensitively reflected by the traditional X-R （mean-range）control chart, but the small warp didn＇ t work. A kind of improved algorithm based on predictive model was proposed which could incarnate the variety of the small warp better. An example was given to compare the control charts. |
