摘    要:识别汽车前方障碍物是汽车防撞技术的关键,仅对前方目标做距离或速度的检测会造成对目标的误判,影响报警系统的可靠性.为了识别不同的障碍物,研究了基于雷达散射截面(RCS)的汽车前方障碍物分类识别的方法.通过分析目标本身的物理特性及其RCS序列的统计特性,并对所得RCS序列进行梅林变换,提取有效特征,实现车前障碍物分类识别.将障碍物分为小轿车、大客车和行人3类,仿真验证了这种新方法的可行性.

Abstract:Identifying the obstacles in front of the vehicle was the key of anti-collision technology.Making a distance or speed detection of the target some times caused misjudgment which had a great deal of influence on the reliability of the alarm system.To recognize different targets,the radar cross section(RCS) of target was used.It was possible to classify targets into different types by analyzing the statistical properties of the target RCS values and the Mellin transformation of RCS sequences.The barriers were classified into three types which were cars,buses and pedestrian.The simulation results demonstrated that this technique was feasible.
