ZrO_2—NiO陶瓷气敏特性研究

摘    要:本文用化学共沉淀方法制得了ZrO_2——NiO气敏材料,对其半导体特性与气敏性进行了初步研究,试验了它们在不同工艺条件下的导电性,对O_2、CO、C_4H_(10)等气体和氯仿、甲苯、汽油、酒精等蒸汽的敏感性,给出了材料组成,烧结温度与灵敏度的关系.

Abstract:The ZrO2-NiO material was prepared by method of chemical co-pre -ipitation. A preliminary research is made on the semiconducting and the gas-sensitive characteristics of the ceramics fived at diflerent temperatuc -es. The ceramics, which consist of ZrO2 40 mol%, when fived at 800℃ or 1200℃, is sensitive to O2. In the paper, we research the ralations between the sensitivity, the firing temperatures and the concentration of ZrO2 in the ceramics.
