Keep Being in the Mental State of Making Progress with Times

The key of carrying out "Three Representations" is to make progress with times. Adhering to the ideological line of "Emancipating the Mind and Seeking Truth from Facts "and carrying forward the spirit of making progress with times are decisive factors that keep the Party's advancement and creativity under the condition of ruling the state for a long time.
