三己内酰胺基磷对聚己二酸丁二醇酯预聚体的扩链反应

摘    要:以三己内酰胺基磷(TCP)为扩链剂,在减压条件下,对低相对分子质量的聚己二酸丁二醇酯(PBA)进行熔融扩链。研究了扩链温度、扩链剂用量、预聚体的结构和制备方法等对扩链反应的影响。结果表明,在PBA/TCP的摩尔比为3,反应温度为180℃,反应时间为2h时的最佳反应条件下,经扩链反应后,预聚体的数均相对分子质量由5459增加到9627,重均相对分子质量由11730增加到72255。由此可获得高相对分子质量的脂肪族聚酯。

Abstract:Polybutylene adipate (PBA) prepolymers with different terminal groups such as —COOH and —OH were prepared by polycondensation from adipic acid with butanediol at different molar ratios in xylene solution or bulk system. The chain-extending reaction of PBA prepolymers with tricaprolactamyl phosphite (TCP) was carried out under a reduced pressure. The influence factors such as the temperature, PBA/TCP molar ratio and the terminal groups of the PBA prepolymers were also studied. The optimal conditions of the chain-extending reaction are: the PBA/TCP molar ratio is 3.0; the chain-exending reaction temperature is 180℃; the chain-exending reaction time is 2h. At the optimal conditions, a chain extended PBA with Mn of 9627 and Mw of 72255 was obtained. Two different chain-extending mechanisms were proposed.
