| 摘 要： | 应用傅里叶变换近红外光谱分析技术（FT—NIR），测定了934个具有代表性的卷烟纸和成型纸样品的近红外透射光谱数据．同时采用行业标准方法测定了卷烟纸和成型纸定量、厚度、透气度、水分、灰分、抗张强度（伸长率、拉力）的物理指标数据．利用偏最小二乘法（PLS）结合傅里叶变换近红外透射光谱，分别建立了卷烟纸定量、厚度、透气度、水分、灰分的数学模型；并在显著性水平大干0．05的条件下，将模型的预测值与行业标准方法测定的结果相对比，两者无显著性差异．该分析方法用于对卷烟纸物理指标的测定，具备同时、快速、准确、操作简单、无污染等特点．

| Abstract: | By using the Fourier transform near infrared(FT-NIR)spectrometry,the mathematical model of some physical parameters(including weight,thickness,ventilation,moisture content and ash content)of ciga-rette paper has been established with partial least squares(PLS).In comparison with the standard analytical meth-od,the results obtained through the model method are reasonable.And the method discussed in this paper has some characteristic advantage:rapid,simple,accurate,free from pollution and high Automation. |
