摘    要:研究了病原菌对野外白车轴草生长及活性氧代谢系统的影响.结果表明:感病株与对照株相比,植株矮小,单株鲜重和可溶性蛋白含量均明显减少;叶片发黄,叶片色素含量下降.同时,叶片细胞膜透性增大,电导率显著升高,丙二醛(MDA)含量上升;且活性氧清除系统遭到破坏,保护酶系统失衡,超氧化物岐化酶(SOD)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性显著下降,分别为对照的86.15%和86.23%;过氧化物酶(POD)活性却明显上升,为对照的1.41倍.

Abstract:The effects of pathogens on the growth and activate oxygen metabolism of Trifolium repens L.were studied by the experiments.The results showed that with the invasion of pathogens,there existed obviously negative effects on the growth of T.repens.Compared with the controls(health plants),the patient plants infected by pathogens were shorter and smaller;and their fresh weight,the contents of soluble protein and leaf pigments in leaves decreased drastically.At the same time,the penetration of cell membrane increased,which reduced that electric conductivity and MDA contents increased.Furthermore,the balance of protective enzyme system was broken,the activities of superoxide dismutase(SOD) and catalase(CAT) decreased,reaching 86.15% and 86.23% of the controls respectively,while peroxidase(POD) activity increased,reaching 1.41 times of the controls.
