Reflections on the Nature of Community Corrections in Law

According to the official papers,the nature of community correctional system in law is a sheer measure of penal execution. However,community corrections take on more characters of judicial corrections than characters of itself in the field of the practical executing law. In fact,the nature of community corrections is a new kind punishment and a concept including more meanings in penal system. In other words,its nature is not only a sheer measure of penal execution affiliating to imprisonment penalty.
