四川省羽毛球裁判员基本结构的现状分析与对策研究

通过对四川省羽毛球裁判员的调查分析,结果表明：四川省羽毛球裁判员队伍存在缺乏高级别的年轻裁判、性别比例和年龄结构不均衡、兼职裁判过多、培训机会少、管理体制不完善、缺乏相应的考核制度等问题,并提出相应的对策,以适应四川省羽毛球比赛的要求,确保四川省羽毛球竞赛工作快速发展。

Existing Condition Analysis and Countermeasure Research onBasic Structure of Badminton Referees in Sichuan Province
