从职业技能的视角探析新建地方本科院校管理类人才的培养

新建地方本科院校不能复制老牌大学的学术研究型人才培养模式,也不能简单定位为职业院校岗位型、就业型的人才培养目标。文章提出了以职业技能类别课程群为主线构建管理类人才培养方案的观点,并从必要性、操作办法、保障措施等方面进行探析。

Discussion on the Management Talent Training Program for theNewly-built Local Universities at an Angle of Vocational Skills

The newly-built local universities not only can’t copy the research talent training model of old university,but also can not simply define the training objectives as job-oriented or employment-oriented type like vocational colleges.This paper puts forwards the point of view that to build up the management talent training program by forming a group of vocational skills courses,and makes discussion from the aspects of the necessity,operational methods,protection measures,etc.
