| 摘 要： | 为实现城市历史街区及历史建筑的保护与更新,以双城市四野历史纪念馆及周边环境的改造为例,将历史文化保护纳入城市发展规划,从城市设计的手法和保护原则入手,提出了可再利用（PCD）的现代城市设计原则和方法,并将其应用于旧城改造的设计实践,最终实现了旧区历史文化的延续与城市发展的统一、动态的保护与现代城市功能的和谐。
