儒家思想对现代管理的启示

儒学一直以来对中国的政治、经济、文化都有着深远的影响,如今的儒学不仅是在中国,也在全世界的范围都受到了极大的关注。儒家思想博大精深,处处体现着先人非凡的智慧。历史发展到21世纪的今天,西方管理的某些思想和中国的传统儒学有着一定的相似性,虽然两者分属不同的文化,这就给我们现代人以灵感,我们应从中国文化之根源去找到对现代管理有益的观点,以更好的适应中国的文化背景。

The Enlightenments from Confucianism to Modern Management

Confucianism has always had a long and deep influence on Chinese politics, economy and culture. Today's Confucianism is concerned by people not only in China but also in the whole world. Its rich thoughts and ideas showed the extraordinary wisdom of our forefathers', which are our precious and priceless cultural legacy. When history goes to its 21st century, we are surprised to find that there are similarities between some western management theories and Chinese traditional Confucianism, even though they belong to different cultures. It brings inspiration to us modernists, which is we should look for those ideas that can benefit modern management from Chinese culture to better fit Chinese cultural background. This paper analyzes four basic ideas of Confucianism respectively and their important enlightenments to modern management. They are heaven and humanity in harmonious unity, people-oriented philosophy, honesty and creditability as well as using a man according to his ability.
