| 摘 要： | 通过生脉注射液血药浓度的研究 ,确定用量、用法 ,探讨它对慢性心衰生存质量的影响、安全性及作用机制等 结果表明 ,每日静滴生脉注射液 6 0ml,能改善慢性心衰病人免疫、炎性细胞因子、心脏收缩和舒张功能 ,增加运动耐量 ,改善生存质量 ,长期治疗病死率有减少趋势

| Abstract: | The study is to explore the safety and effects, quality of life and mechanisms, ascertaining dose and taking methods of Sheng Mei therapy for chronic heart failure through ginsenoside Re plasma concentration monitoring by HPLC. The results show that intravenous injection of 60ml/day Sheng Mei may improve the immune function, cardiac systolic and diastolic function, proinflammatory cytokines and quality of life, increase exercise tolerance, and decrease mortality during long-term therapy. |
