摘    要:对地空导弹将要拦截的目标进行威胁评估。其主要思想是在对目标威胁程度及影响目标威胁程度的因素定性分析的基础上给予了量化处理 ;基于最大隶属度原则 ,建立了目标威胁评估与排序模型 ;通过求解该模型即可获得因素权重信息完全未知或只有部分权重信息的不确定多因素决策问题的方案排序 ,即地空导弹将要拦截的目标威胁程度的排序 ,同时求得威胁程度最大的目标 ,以便于为防空作战决策提供科学依据。最后通过实例说明该模型的合理性和有效性

Abstract:A thorough threate evaluating of the target to be interceped by a ground to air missile is made in this paper, mainly involving 4 parts i.e. quantitative and qualitative analyses of the target threat degree and the factors influencing it, establishment of target threat evaluating and sequencing model based on the maximum degree of membership, deduction of target threat coefficient by multi attribute decision making sequencing model and providing scientific data for air defense operational decision making in the missile weapon system. Finally, a numerical example is given to show the rationality and effectiveness of the model.
