| 摘 要： | 文章针对高校培养高水平运动员办学体制面临改革问题，阐述了变革时期的大学体育以及变革时期对大学体育的要求与组织管理；进而提出逐步建设高校竞技体育训练基地，是高校培养高水平运动办学体制的发展方向，也是提升高校具备培养高水平运动员的自身能力的基础．

| Abstract: | Aiming at the reform issue that the universities face in management system about cultivating high caliber athletes,the auther explicates P.E. of university in reform period and the requirements and management for P.E. Furthemore, suggests that the training base of athletes shoud be improved gradually in all universities, which is not only the direction of development in system of breeding athletes but also the basis of improving their own abilities of high caliber athletes. |
