| Abstract: | Based on the present situation in the expert management work of Qinghai provincial government procurement, the main problems existed in the process of expert extraction is analyzed in this paper and a new expert extraction method is designed by combining the government supervision mechanism and network security technology to ensure the fairness of expert extraction in all the process of government procurement. |
