| 摘 要： | 作者采用华枝睾吸虫石蜡包埋成虫切片做抗原片,应用酶联金葡菌 A 蛋白间接过氯化物酶试验(PPA—IIP)诊断华枝睾吸虫病.本试验测定病狗血清最适稀释度为1∶200.酶联金葡菌 A 蛋白(HRP—Protein A)适宜工作浓度为1∶40.诊断狗华枝睾吸虫病敏感性为94.4%,特异性为92.9%.比较纵横两种成虫切片对病狗血清的诊断价值,统计学上,两种成虫切片无显著差异(P>0.05).本法抗原性稳定,操作简便快速.

| Abstract: | Diagnosis of Clonorchiasis was performed by indirect Peroxidase- Protein A(PPA-ⅡP)Staining in Paraffin-embedded adult Clonorchis sinensis sections taken from within dof's hepatic ducts.The test showed that the optimun titer of the dof's sera was 1:200,and the optimum concentration of Peroxidase- Protein A was 1:40.In the diagnosis of clonorchiasis the sensitivity was 94.4% and the specificity was 92.9%. The two slides of antigen prepared from transverse and sagittal sections in the adult were compared with serum preparations fron dogs having clonorchiasis. The results showed no striking statistic difference(P>0.05). This method was simpe and time-saving and the antigenicity is stable. |
