| 摘 要： | 介绍了鱼油脂肪酸酯与超临界ＣＯ２相平衡测定和关联的常用方法．同时给出了超临界ＣＯ２—硬脂酸乙酯、超临界ＣＯ２—油酸乙酯、超临界ＣＯ２—亚油酸乙酯三个二元系的相平衡关系．

| Abstract: | Some common methods on the measurement and correlation of phase equilibrium of fish oil fatty acid esters and supercritical CO 2 are introduced. The phase equilibrium relations among three binary systems are given: carbon dioxide ethyl stearate, carbon dioxide ethyloleate, carbon dioxide linoleate. |
