瑜伽运动健身效应的生理学分析

摘    要:通过查阅相关资料,根据瑜伽的运动特点分别从瑜伽体位法、呼吸和瑜伽冥想的角度分析其健身效应的生理学基础,进一步明确了瑜伽健身的作用和功效.分析表明瑜伽外动内静的运动形式可以促进人体各器官系统的协调运作,达到生理、心理和精神的完美统一;不仅可以提高人们对运动美的认识,更是科学合理的健身养性方式之一.
