巴克豪森应力效应的研究

摘    要:采用宽板钢铁试样,研究了巴克豪森效应受应力影响的规律,找出了旋转磁化场与各向异性材料的磁化极值方向之间的关系,探讨了测量钢铁件应力的新方法,提出了磁巴克豪森噪声(MBN)与磁声发射(MAE)技术相结合测量应力可以提高测量精度的观点。

Abstract:A wide steel plate sample has been used to invesdgate the effect of stress on theBarkhausen noise, The relation between the rotational excitation field magnetization and theorientation of magnetization extreme value for anisotropic materials has been found and anew way of measuring the stress in iron and steel parts investigated. The improvement of ac-curacy in measuring the stress by a combination of the BN and MAE approaches is suggest-ed.
