| 摘 要： | 探索人脐动脉平滑肌细胞（human umbilical artery smooth muscle cell,hUASMC）体外培养稳定的模型。取人脐动脉，分别用贴块法、贴块＋酶解法进行原代培养，以免疫细胞化学的方法对细胞进行鉴定。结果显示：贴块法成功培养出平滑肌细胞，免疫细胞化学染色显示细胞内a-Actin阳性表达。贴块＋酶解法反复多次均失败。说明对于人脐动脉平滑肌细胞的原代培养，贴块法是一种较实用的方法。

| Abstract: | To investigate the stable model for cultivating hUASMC in vitro. Obtain the human umbilical artery, use the methods of sticking pieces and sticking pieces plus enzymolysis to isolate and culture primary hUASMC in vitro. Identified the biology of hUASMC with immunohistochemical method. It is successful to isolate hUASMC with the method of sticking pieces, and immunohistochemistry demonstrate antigen a-Actin in cytes was positive. After repeated many time, the method of sticking piece of plus enzymolysis was still fatled to isolate husmc. It was proved that sticking piece method is practical to isolating and cultivating primary hUASMC successfully. |
