摘    要:将模糊控制器和PID控制器相结合,建立了压延厚度模糊PID自动控制系统,把模糊控制技术应用于厚度控制系统中,解决了PID控制系统调节过慢或容易超调等问题.MATLAB仿真实验结果表明,该系统响应速度快、稳态误差小,控制性能比PID控制有了很大提高.

Abstract:Combining the fuzzy and PID controller,the fuzzy PID automatic control system of calendaring thickness is designed.It has a better parameter self-regulation and higher accuracy than the PID control system.The method of fuzzy control is applied the calendering process,and some problems existing in PID control system,such as the slow adjusting and easy over-adjusting,are resolved.The simulation is made for the calendering thickness fuzzy PID control system by MATLAB software.The experiments under the same condition are made to testify the performance of the calendaring thickness fuzzy PID controller.It is indicated that the calendaring thickness fuzzy PID controller works better than PID controller.
