液体炮中喷射结构对燃烧稳定性的影响

摘    要:燃烧稳定性控制技术是再生式液体发射药火炮(RLPG)的关键技术之一。报道在23mm RLPG试验装置上,研究了外环喷射结构和内环喷射结构对燃烧稳定性的影响,分析了外环喷射结构对RLPG点火燃烧不一致的原因。提出在23mm RLPG装置中,通过采用液体阻尼控制内环式喷射活塞的运动,可有效抑制燃烧室和贮液室压力振荡的幅度,提高RLPG燃烧稳定性。

Abstract:The control technology of combustion stability is one of key technology of regenerative liquid propellant guns.The effects of exterior ring and interior ring injection structure on combustion stability are studied in 23 mm RLPG experimental device. The causes of unstable ignition and combustion properties are analyzed in RLPG with exterior ring injection structure. It presents that using liquid damping can control the movement of piston with interior ring injection structure.The tests show that pressure oscillations of reservoir and combustion chamber in 23mm RLPG are suppressed and the combustion stability increases.
