高效液相色谱-库仑电极阵列法检测山茱萸的指纹图谱研究

摘    要:采用高效液相色谱-电化学(库仑电极)阵列检测技术,以马钱素、熊果酸以及齐墩果酸为分析对象,对不同产地山茱萸的指纹图谱进行了初步研究.结果表明,该方法的重现性良好,从不同产地山茱萸指纹图谱比较得出结论,不但佛坪地区样品之间的相似度良好,而且全国各地山茱萸产区的样品也有较好的一致性.该方法简单、准确,可用于对山茱萸的质量控制.

Abstract:The method of fingerprinu (FP) analysis of Macrocarpium officinale with Loganin,Ursolic acid,Oleanolic acid as the analyues by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) coulometric array detection is established. The methodological evaluation shows that the method has a good reproducibility. Comparative studies of HPLC-FPS of Macrocarpium officinale from different sources shows that a close similarity is found not only among acrocarpium officinale from Foping area, but also among Macrocarpium officinale from all over the country. This method is simple and accurate and can be used as a quality control for Macrocarpium officinale.
