| Abstract: | A new algorithm of multi reservoir stochastic optimal
dispatching is presented. Based on the ergodicity of the runoff process and the dispatching
simulation, the optimal remain benefit function and the optimal operation rule function can be
obtained. The convergence of the algorithm as well as the same optimality between the new
algorithm and the stochastic dynamic programming have been proven. |
