绞刀片大角度切削水饱和沙的力学模型

摘    要:水下土质在大切削角条件下,在刀片前会存在滞留的楔形块,楔形块的存在会对切削层界面上空隙水压力的大小和分布产生影响.建立绞刀片在大切削角度下的力学模型,通过“楔块”的力矩平衡方程,封闭绞刀片大角度切削水饱和沙的力学模型,解出了力学模型中的新变量——楔角,所得结果与实验观察一致.

Abstract:The existence of dead zone in front of the blade when cutting of water-saturated sand at large cutting angles will affect the value and the distribution of vacuum water pressure on the interface.By introducing the moment equation of the wedge,the mechanical model of water saturated sand cutting at blade large angles is closed.And then the new variable of the wedge angle appeared in the model is successfully solved.The calculated wedge angle agrees well with the experimental observation.
