摘    要:本文针对由于石油勘探开发逐步向滩海、潮间带推进而带来的井场、道路建设难度大的问题而采用的插板桩施工工艺技术,设计出了一套完整的液压振动插桩设备,并实现了与某型挖掘机的连接.从而能够完成对板桩的夹持、振动插拔等工作。

Abstract:This article aimed at the difficulty of well site and road construction associate with the petroleum exploration oriented to tidal zone gradually, bring forward the new operation engineering technology adoptable plug-in plank stake. We have worked out a whole set of hydraulic vibratory plug-in device, and made it can be connected to a excavator, so as to do the work of grabbing or vibrating the stake.
