海带脂溶性成分的提取及条件优化

摘    要:海带被誉为天然的保健食品,其脂溶性成分中含有大量的多不饱和脂肪酸(PUFAs),包括DHA、EPA、AA等多种生物活性成分,是人类及动物生长发育所必需的物质。本实验通过对不同的溶剂和提取方法的比较,找到了一种提取海带脂溶性成分的合理方法,并对其提取条件进行了优化。

Abstract:Kelp is hailed as natural health food. The fat-soluble extract of kelp contains massive polyunsaturated fatty acids (PUFAs), including many kinds of highly biological activity ingredients, such as DHA, EPA, AA, which are necessary for growth and development of human and animals. By comparing with the different solvents and extraction methods, a proper extracting method of Kelp fat-soluble components has been found., and the extraction conditions were optimized too.
