山蜡梅叶中总黄酮提取工艺的研究

摘    要:山蜡梅叶中黄酮类化合物的提取效果与外界条件有关。通过单因素试验分析了提取液浓度、提取温度、提取时间及料液比等4个主要因素对提取率的影响。在单因素的基础上,通过正交试验,得到最佳提取工艺如下:超声波作用下,乙醇浓度为50%,料液比为1:40,提取温度为80℃,提取时间为3h。

Abstract:The effect of extracting flavonoids from Chimonanthusnitens is influenced by external condition. During the extracting process, four main factors including the concentration of extracting solution, temperature, time and ratio of solid to liquid are studied influence extraction ratio by using single factor analysis method. The optimal process conditions are obtained by orthogonal analysis as follows: ethanol concentration 50%, ratio of solid to liquid 1:40, extracting duration 3h and extracting temperature 80~Cunder ultrasonic condition.
