| Abstract: | The La 0.5- x Ce x Ba 0.5 CoO 3 ceramics was prepared by standard solid phase reaction method. The conductivity, conducting mechanism and the microcosmic shape of La 0.5- x Ce x Ba 0.5 CoO 3 were studied. The effects of the rare earth on the properties of the ceramics were also explored. |
