| Abstract: | We can use a policy decision tree to select the best plan from several ones according to the value of profit and loss expectation. If we want to make the greatest benefit, we can choose the plan which can get the greatest value of profit espectation.Otherwise, we can choose the one that is the least value of loss expectation, if the cost or loss is the least. |
