直喷式自然吸气柴油机燃用生物柴油的试验研究

摘    要:针对柴油机的能耗和排放污染,分析比较了生物柴油和0#石化柴油的理化性质,将配制的B20、B100两种燃料和0#柴油在HF495Q3柴油机上进行了掺烧试验.结果显示,柴油机掺烧生物柴油后的动力性有所下降,最大功率、转矩分别下降约9.8%和5.6%;采用能量等值折合油耗率对经济性进行分析,结果显示折合油耗率变化不大;燃用混合燃料时NOx排放与0#柴油相比均有升高,但烟度、HC和CO排放量低于0#柴油.

Abstract:This paper analyzed chemical and physical properties of diesel fuel and biodiesel.The influence of B20,B100 and 0# diesel fuel mixture on diesel engine performance has been studied in a HF495Q3 engine.Test results show that the driving force of the engine descreases with the adding of methanol,maximum power and miximum torque drops by about 9.8% and 5.6% respectively.For better evaluated engine economics,this paper used the fuel consumption of energy equal value to analyze engine economics.Test results show...
