It has the modern idea of the management together with the multi\|channel and steady resources of funds. While the counterparts in Shanghai which have stopped developed with the reformation. So it's closely related to the government. There are no formed organizational systems with the poor development, unclear concepts and confusing management. As a result, it should make full use of the experiences in Hongkong and do better.
