摘    要:对PVC(聚氯乙烯)管混凝土组合材料的力学性能(包括强度、应力-应变曲线、应变能)进行了研究,并考虑了塑管厚度和核心混凝土强度等因素的影响.试验结果表明:PVC管混凝土极大改善了素混凝土的脆性问题,应变能的提高幅度在9.3~25.0倍之间.塑管混凝土的强度随核心混凝土强度以及塑管厚度的增大而提高,但增强系数随着核心混凝土强度的增大而降低.应力-应变曲线下降段的斜率大小由PVC管厚度决定,核心混凝土强度仅仅影响了PVC管混凝土的极限强度.

Abstract:Effects of PVC-pipe thickness and core-concrete strength on mechanical properties of the PVC-pipe concrete (PPC)including compressive strength,stress-strain (σ-ε) curve and strain energy were investigated.The results prove that PPC overcomes the shortcomings of the normal concrete such as high brittleness and bad ductility,and its strain energy can be enhanced by about 9.3~25.0 times.Compressive strength of PPC increases with the increase in the core-concrete strength and pipe thickness,but its strengthened coefficient S decreases with the increase in the core-concrete strength.The slope of the σ-ε curve is mainly determined by PVC-pipe thickness,and the core-concrete strength merely affects the ultimate strength of PPC.
