| 摘 要： | 针对太原地区煤炭资源开发对水资源环境带来的各种影响,提出了加强煤炭开发过程中保护水资源的措施,即建立综合治理制度,变害为利,变废为宝,加强水文地质动态观测,建立水源保护区,加强行政干预等,把采煤对水资源环境的影响减少到最低程度。

| Abstract: | In the light of various influences of the development of the coal resources on the water resources environment of Taiyuan Area, this paper puts forward some measures for protecting the water resources in the course of the development of the coal resources, including establishing comprehensive control system, tuning "waste" into wealth, strengthening the hydrographic and geographic dynamic monitoring, building the water conservation district, and strengthening the administrative intervention, etc. to reduce the influence on the water resources environment to the minimum extent. |
