| 摘 要： | 本文用酶标胎球蛋白为探针，对花背蟾蜍早期胚胎皮肤中胎球蛋白受体进行定位，结果表明在基膜附近在大量胎球蛋白受体存在，腺细胞和纤维细胞中无胎球蛋白受体，推测胎球蛋白受体参与肤的发生。

| Abstract: | The fetuin receptors (RFs) in skin of early embryo of Bufo raddei were localized by using fetuin-HRP complex as probe. The results showed that there were many RFs near the basal membrane, but nothing of the sort existed in ciliated cells and glandutar cells. It may be ascertained that the presence of the RF is related to the genesis of skin. |
