| 摘 要： | 目的筛选藏药甘松抗心律失常的有效部位．方法采用不同极性溶剂提取，获得甘松各不同组分，以氯化钡、氯仿致小鼠心律失常模型对各组分的抗心律失常活性进行比较．结果甘松石油醚提取物、乙酸乙酯提取物对心律失常有明显对抗作用，与对照组比较有显著差异（P〈0．05）．结论甘松石油醚提取物、乙酸乙酯提取物有明显的抗心律失常作用．

| Abstract: | Objective： Screening for active fractions of anti-arrhythmic from extract of Nardostachyson. methods： After gaining different fractions from Nardostachyson by extracting with the solvents of different pola studies are conducted to compare the anti-arrhythmic activities of these fractions in arrhythmic mice respectively inducded by barium chloride, chloroform, results： The petroleum component and acetoacetate component have the obvious effect on anti-arrhythmic（P 〈 0.05）. conclusion： The petroleum component and acetoacetate component of Nardostachyson have the obvious effect on anti-arrhythmic. |
