摘    要:网络信息体系作为信息化时代体系作战能力的催化剂和融合剂,正在改变着信息化作战形态及战斗力生成模式。本文在分析网络信息体系概念内涵的基础上,引入任务与体系的关联映射规则,提出了一种综合考虑超网络和服务化特征的网络信息体系“两维四网”模型构建及特性分析方法,并以空中突击作战为例,以服务信息流模体时延、任务执行精度、资源冗余度为特征度量指标,通过仿真实验验证了模型与方法的可行性和合理性。

Abstract:As the catalyst and fusion agent of the system combat capability in the information age, the network information system of systems has been changing the form of information-based warfare and the mode of combat effectiveness generation. On the basis of studying the concept of the network information system of systems and introducing association mapping rules between tasks and systems, a new modeling and analyzing method of the network information system of systems with two dimensions and four networks, based on super-network and service-oriented characteristics, is proposed. The definitions of services information flow motif delay, the task execution accuracy and the resource redundancy are given as the evaluation measurements. Taking the aviation aggressive operations as the example, the simulation results show the feasibility and rationality of the model and method.
