文丘里管内空化演变模型研究

摘    要:以文丘里管空化发生器为对象,通过考虑水中空气析出与消解过程的时变性,建立了水气两相动态空化模型。运用FLUENT软件对水气两相流流动问题进行三维数值模拟研究,获得了文丘里管喉口直径、进口压力等对汽含率变化的影响规律。数值模拟结果与实验相对比表明,汽含率随进口压力增加而增加;如果喉径增大,可通过增加进口压力作为补偿,以达到同样的空化效果;出口锥角为20°和8°文丘里管的空化效果对比依赖于进口压力、喉径等条件;模拟条件下串联文丘里管不能实现两级空化

Abstract:The dynamic cavitation model of venturi tube air-water two-phase flow was established according to the time variation of air precipitation and digestion process in water. FLUENT three-dimension numerical simulation were studied to simulate the air-water two-phase flow, and the variation law of venturi tube throat diameter and inlet pressure on vapor volume fraction were obtained. The results of numerical simulation and experiments show that the vapor volume fraction increases following the increase of the inlet pressure. If the throat diameter is increased, the inlet pressure can be increased as the compensation to achieve the same cavitation effect. The venturi tube cavitation effect with the outlet 20° and 8° depend on the inlet pressure and the throat diameter. The series venturi tube cannot achieve two-level cavitation under the simulation conditions.
