| 摘 要： | 历时20年的中国学术规范建设大致可以分为讨论与争鸣、行动与实施、贯彻与实施三个阶段,其中的得失值得认真总结和思考。首先要对学术规范及其内容体系有一个准确、全面的理解;其次应该理清思路,找出解决问题的步骤和路径,并且要有明确的路线图和时间表;最后各方要理顺关系,各司其职,拿出一套系统、完整的方案,落实到位,贯彻得力,多管齐下,标本兼治。

The successes and failures in this process merit our careful review and serious reflection. Firstly, we should have an accurate and all-sided understanding of academic standards and their content systems.
