| 摘 要： | 用炭粒吞噬法测定RES(网状内皮系统)吞噬能力，检测血清中溶血素含量，以检测依赖IL-1、IL-2细胞的增殖测定IL-1、IL-2．结果表明益气解毒颗粒能明显提高RES吞噬能力和溶血素抗体生成能力、促进IL-1、IL-2的诱生，提高小鼠的免疫功能．

| Abstract: | Used the carbon clearence test to induced the ability of clearence of charcoal practice, studied the hemolysin detection to test the production of the hemolysin. antibody, the production of IL-1?IL-2 were observed respectively by the proliferation of some cells which depend on IL-1?IL-2.Yiqi-Jiedu Granuls can improve the ability of clearence of charcoal practicea and enhance the production of the hemolysin antidody,it also can accelerate prouction of IL-1?IL-2.Yiqi-Jiedu Granuls can reinforce immunological function in mice. |
