论效率与高校图书馆服务质量的关系

摘    要:文章认为提高高校图书馆服务质量的关键是提高服务效率,因为服务效率具有可操作性,从抓高校图书馆的服务效率入手,对于提高高校图书馆的服务质量有直接意义。而在服务效率中,重视提高服务的质量性效率,又是提高高校图书馆服务质量的重点。采取全面编目、个性化服务和让图书馆工作人员进入教学团队和科研课题组,则是提高服务的质量性效率的三个具体措施。

Abstract:This paper argues that what is crucial to the improvement of the service quality of the libraries of colleges and universities is the service efficiency since the service efficiency improvement can be operated and is directly significant to the promotion of the service quality as the point of departure. What is even more important is the improvement of the qualitative efficiency for the promotion of the service of libraries of colleges and universities. There are three feasible measures: to implement overall cataloguing, individualized service and the participation of library staff into various teaching groups and scientific oroiect teams.
