| 摘 要： | 高尚的人格操守，是加强军事文化人才队伍建设、发展先进军事文化的基础性因素，也是贯彻落实十八大精神、加快推进军队科学发展的重要条件。实践中需侧重从三方面着力：一是以德为基，筑牢军事文化人才人格操守的思想底蕴；二是弘扬正气，端正军事文化人才人格操守的价值追求；三是知行合一，加强军事文化人才人格操守的学风建设。

| Abstract: | A noble personal integrity is a basic factor in military culture qualified personnel training and military culture development. It is also a primary requirement for implementing the spirit of the 18th National Congress of the CPC and accelerating the development of the armed forces in a scientific way. Personal integrity should be formed in practice from three aspects. First, military culture qualified person should be required to exercise in virtue. Second, they must know what value should be pursued. Third, importance should be attached to the construction of study style. |
