| 摘 要： | 把生态文明建设融入中国特色社会主义建设总体布局，是顺应当今世界“绿色文明”发展趋势的有力举措，是我们党对人民过上更美好生活愿望的积极回应，充分反映了我党在解决生态环境问题上的高度的政治自觉。加强生态文明建设，必须在强化科学发展理念、切实转变经济发展方式、促进制度完善等方面下功夫。

| Abstract: | Promoting ecological progress for advancing the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics is an effective measure for developing green civilization and an active response to people＇s aspiration for better life. It also displays our Party＇s political consciousness about protecting the ecological environment. Thus ecological progress should be promoted in a scientific way. Major progress should be made in changing the growth model and improving the systems. |
