| 摘 要： | 党的十八大提出了经济建设、政治建设、文化建设、社会建设、生态文明建设“五位一体”的总体布局，这一总体布局内合于中国特色社会主义道路。中国特色社会主义道路决定了中国特色社会主义是全面发展、科学发展、为人民幸福而发展的社会，这样的社会必须坚持“五位一体”的总体布局。

| Abstract: | Implementing the overall plan for promoting economic, political, cultural, social, and ecological progresses is putted forward in the report to the 18th National Congress of the CPC. Our Party adopts overall implementing steps for unswervingly following the path of socialism with Chinese characteristics. To follow the path of socialism with Chinese characteristics, we must pursue a well-rounded development in a scientific way, and make joint efforts to create an even brighter future for Chinese people. Thus it is necessary to coordinate the five progresses. |
