| 摘 要： | 休谟认为,仁爱是最主要的自然之德,正义是最主要的人为之德,在诸种德性中,比较重要的是仁爱与正义。仁爱与正义都起源于人的情感,但两者的情感来源不同、价值依据不同、促进社会利益的方式不同。仁爱与正义适用于不同的领域,在以正义为中心的现代社会,也不能忽视仁爱,仍然应该提倡建立在公正原则上的仁爱精神。

| Abstract: | Hume thinks that benevolence is the uppermost natural virtue,justice is the uppermost man-made virtue and benevolence and justice are the more important virtues than others.Both benevolence and justice come of sensibilities,but the origin of their sensibilities,the basis of their value and the mode of promoting social benefit are different.Benevolence and justice can be applied to different areas.Justice centered in modern society,benevolence can not be neglected.Benevolence spirit which is based on justness principle should be advocated. |
